1.1. The RISE PARTNERS site http://www.risepartners.org (hereinafter, the "Site") is managed and operated under the responsibility of :

1.2. The RISE PARTNERS Site provides information on the various services offered by RISE PARTNERS (hereafter, the "Service").
Any question or complaint relating to the Site, these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the "T&Cs"), the privacy policy (hereinafter, the "Privacy Policy") and the cookies policy (hereinafter, the "Cookies Policy") can be addressed to RISE PARTNERS at the following e-mail address: contact@risepartners.org
2.1 Access to the Site is subject to these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. Consequently, access to the Site implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the user (hereinafter, "the User") of these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
2.2 These GCU, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy exclusively govern the relationship between the User and RISE PARTNERS relating to the use of the Site and the Service. They can be consulted at any time on the Site.
3.1 RISE PARTNERS will ensure, as far as possible, that the Site is up to date and remains accessible to a normal number of Users. However, RISE PARTNERS does not guarantee that the functions of the Site will be available without interruption or without error, that defects will be immediately corrected or that the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.
3.2 RISE PARTNERS shall not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from the suspension, interruption, (technical) disruption, slowing down, difficult accessibility and/or cessation of accessibility to all or part of the Site or from viruses or other harmful elements present on the Site.
3.3 If the User notices the presence of an error, a virus or other harmful elements on the Site, he/she is invited to communicate it to RISE PARTNERS at the following address
So that the necessary measures can be taken, RISE PARTNERS advises the User in any case to install on his computer the firewalls, anti-virus and other necessary protection software, in order to prevent possible damage to it.
3.4 RISE PARTNERS retains the right to suspend or stop all or part of the Site, at any time, without justification of reasons and without prior information.
4.1 The user agrees to use the Site only for its intended purpose and not for any other purpose.
4.2 The User is responsible for ensuring that all information provided by the User is accurate and up to date.
4.3 The User undertakes to use the Site in good faith and to comply with the legislation in force, and in particular to refrain from
- send to RISE PARTNERS any content or communications that are false or misleading, (and to update such content as necessary to ensure that it does not become false or misleading), obscene, racist or xenophobic, abusive, illegal, deceptive, invasive of another's privacy, offensive, harmful, violent, threatening or harassing, defamatory, infringing of any intellectual property right or any other right, or that encourages or participates in any of the foregoing;
- Provide email addresses or other types of RISE PARTNERS content without obtaining prior consent from the individuals concerned;
- send to RISE PARTNERS any content that violates the rights of a third party or harms them in any way whatsoever (intellectual property rights, privacy, business secrets etc);
- send content to RISE PARTNERS that directs to illegal websites or contains inappropriate content;
- use the Site to send junk mail, unsolicited mail, pyramid schemes or similar or fraudulent schemes;
- circumvent the technical devices for protecting documents and multimedia elements;
- any action that may interfere with the proper working of the Site, the Service, including the use of worms, viruses, software bombs or mass mailings; attempt to violate unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or equipment used in the operation of the Site;
- use a false name, alias, or impersonate any other person or entity;
- use the Site for purposes other than those set out in the TOS.
4.4 RISE PARTNERS shall in no way be held responsible in the event of non-compliance by the User with the GTUs, the Confidentiality Policy, the Cookies Policy and/or the applicable laws or regulations. The User guarantees RISE PARTNERS against any action, claim or complaint from third parties (including public authorities) relating to his use of the Site.
4.5 Use of the Site is at the User's own risk. The Site, its components and all related information, software, facilities and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind (either express or implied) and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4.6 RISE PARTNERS declines all responsibility for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, material or immaterial) resulting from the use of the Site and its components, or from the inability to use the Site.
4.7 The User is also required to inform RISE PARTNERS immediately in writing if he/she becomes aware of any inappropriate behaviour or use in relation to the Site by sending an email to the following address: contact@risepartners.org
5.1 Hyperlinks to other websites may appear on the Site. In addition, certain Internet sites may include a link to the Site. These third party sites are not controlled by RISE PARTNERS, which therefore assumes no responsibility for their operation, content and use. Unless otherwise expressly mentioned by RISE PARTNERS on the Site, the existence of such links does not imply any approval by RISE PARTNERS of these third party sites or the use that may be made of them, nor any association or partnership with the operators of these sites.
6.1 The Site and its components (trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, texts, etc.) are the property of RISE PARTNERS. They are protected by intellectual property rights (in particular copyright, design rights, trademark rights, etc.) and may not therefore be reproduced, used or disseminated without prior written authorization from RISE PARTNERS or, where applicable, from the holder of the rights concerned, under penalty of constituting an infringement of copyright and/or design rights and/or trademark rights, punishable by up to three years' imprisonment and a fine of up to 300,000 euros and confiscation of the proceeds of this infringement.
6.2 RISE PARTNERS hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, for an indefinite period and revocable at any time without giving any reason, to access the content of the Site, display it and download it solely for the purposes of display. The User may also print a copy of the content displayed on the Site for his/her personal needs, provided that he/she does not alter the content of the Site in any way and that he/she retains all mentions of authorship and origin of the Site. Reproduction is therefore only authorized for strictly private purposes.
6.3 Any use of the Site and its components not covered by this article is strictly prohibited.
7.1 In order to be valid, any possible complaint by the User relating to the Site must be communicated in writing within eight (8) calendar days of becoming aware of the fact which gives rise to the complaint. The absence of any dispute in accordance with the aforementioned rules entails for the User the unconditional and unreserved acceptance of the fact that gives rise to the complaint and, de facto, the definitive renunciation of any claim on this account.
8.1 RISE PARTNERS reserves the right to modify and update, at any time, by notifying Users via the Site, these GCU, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, access to the Site and its content. All of these modifications are binding on Users at the time of each access to the Site.
8.2 In case of discrepancies between the language versions of these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, the French language version shall prevail.
9.1 The failure of RISE PARTNERS to avail itself, at a given time, of a provision of these GTUs shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights under the same at a later date.
9.2 The invalidity, lapse or unenforceability of any of the foregoing or following provisions shall not invalidate the whole of these TOU. The provision that is wholly or partially null and void, invalid or unenforceable shall be deemed unwritten. RISE PARTNERS undertakes to substitute for such provision another which will pursue, as far as possible, the same objective.
10.1 The validity, interpretation and/or performance of the TOS shall be governed by French law, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable rules of private international law.
10.2 In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the GTUs, the Courts and Tribunals of the place where RISE PARTNERS is domiciled shall have exclusive jurisdiction, to the full extent permitted by the applicable rules of private international law.
10.3 Before taking any steps aimed at the judicial resolution of a dispute, the User and RISE PARTNERS undertake to try to resolve it amicably. To this end, they shall first contact each other, before resorting, if necessary, to mediation, arbitration or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
